Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

| "PAGCOR" | The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulator that licenses and oversees jl20's operations in the Philippines. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. |

§ 02
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on jl20.vip, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation during the registration process, or by accessing or using any feature of the jl20 platform after these Terms have been made available to you, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the complete agreement between you and jl20 governing your use of the platform.
⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the jl20 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
§ 03
Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an account on jl20, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. jl20 strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling activity of this type is lawful. Players located in prohibited jurisdictions are not permitted to use jl20, regardless of their citizenship or residency.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the law of your jurisdiction of residence.
- Single Account: You may hold only one active jl20 account. You must not register a new account if you have a pre-existing account, including any account that has been suspended or self-excluded.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and Philippine mobile number — must be truthful, current, and accurate. You must update this information if it changes.
- Not Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on jl20 or on any PAGCOR-regulated platform that is recognised by jl20.
jl20 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
⛔ Minor Access Prohibited: Access to jl20 by individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all wagering activity will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source. jl20 may report the matter to PAGCOR.
§ 04
Account Verification (KYC)
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), jl20 is required to verify the identity, age, and address of all real-money account holders before enabling deposits, real-money game access, or withdrawals.
KYC verification requires you to submit, at minimum:
- A clear, unaltered photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (acceptable documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
- A selfie photograph taken within the past 30 days, clearly showing your face alongside your ID document.
- Proof of address if requested (such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your residential address), dated within the past 90 days.
KYC documents must be submitted through the secure document upload portal in your jl20 account settings. Documents submitted via email or third-party services are not accepted for KYC purposes.
ℹ️ KYC Timelines: Standard KYC submissions are reviewed within one business day. Submissions that raise identity concerns or require additional documentation may take up to three business days. Real-money game access and withdrawals remain restricted until KYC is approved. Demo mode slots are accessible during KYC pending status.
jl20 may request updated KYC documentation at any time, particularly when withdrawal amounts exceed regulatory thresholds, when account activity patterns change significantly, or as directed by PAGCOR. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
§ 05
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jl20 account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication mechanisms associated with your account.
- You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your jl20 account on your behalf.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your jl20 account that is not shared with any other online service.
- You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to add an additional layer of security to your account.
- You must notify jl20 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your registered mobile number or email address is compromised.
jl20 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, except where jl20 has been negligent in its own security obligations. jl20 will not send unsolicited requests for your password via any channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
§ 06
Deposits
jl20 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
- Minimum deposit: PHP 100 per transaction (unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method).
- Currency: All deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
- Processing time: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jl20 balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation, typically within 10 to 30 minutes during banking hours.
- Deposit ownership: Funds deposited to jl20 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (less any applicable processing fees) if identified.
- No credit cards: jl20 does not accept deposits via credit cards or any credit facility as the funding source for gambling activity.
🔒 Fund Segregation: In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, all player funds deposited to jl20 are held in segregated bank accounts, separate from jl20's operational funds. This ensures your balance remains available for withdrawal independent of jl20's business operations.
§ 07
Withdrawals
Withdrawals of real-money winnings from jl20 are subject to the following conditions:
- KYC completion: Your account KYC must be fully approved before any withdrawal is processed.
- Same-name rule: Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your verified jl20 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Minimum withdrawal: PHP 100 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are detailed in the account settings.
- Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during standard Philippine banking hours.
- Wagering requirements: Withdrawals may be restricted if you hold an active bonus balance with an outstanding wagering requirement. The real-money portion of your balance remains withdrawable at all times; only funds subject to active bonus terms are restricted.
- Chargeback prohibition: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute for deposited funds that have been used for wagering is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. jl20 reserves the right to recover disputed amounts through all available legal means.
jl20 may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending additional KYC documentation, AML verification, or PAGCOR-mandated review. In such cases, jl20 will notify the account holder and specify the documentation required to proceed.
§ 08
Bonuses and Promotions
jl20 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty program benefits to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at 10% of wager value. Slots contribute at 100% unless otherwise specified. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates. Excluded games contribute 0%.
- Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified promotional period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- Maximum bonus bet: While a bonus is active with an unsatisfied wagering requirement, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is PHP 500, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Maximum cashout: Certain promotional bonuses carry a maximum cashout limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. This limit is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each player is eligible for each promotion once only. jl20 reserves the right to deny bonus claims where abuse of promotional offers is identified.
⚠️ Bonus Abuse: Coordinated wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" across platforms) are prohibited on jl20. Identified abuse results in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account restriction.
§ 09
Game Rules and Fairness
All games offered on jl20 — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and crash games — are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each game category and provider. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and, where applicable, on the relevant game provider's published documentation.
All random-outcome games on jl20 (slots, virtual games, and RNG table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are certified figures reflecting long-term statistical outcomes and not guarantees of individual session results.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to players.
- jl20 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or payout calculation is identified. All reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected players promptly.
- Results displayed in the game client are the definitive record. Server-side records take precedence in the event of any discrepancy between the client display and the server log.
- Collusion between players in any live or multiplayer game format — including but not limited to poker variants, baccarat side-bet coordination, or sports betting syndicate activity — is strictly prohibited.
§ 10
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jl20 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registering more than one account, including registering a new account after suspension, self-exclusion, or closure of a prior account.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the jl20 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or Republic Act No. 10168 (Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act).
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors to gain an advantage. Identified exploits must be reported to jl20 support immediately. Failing to report and instead exploiting a known error is a breach of these Terms.
- Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks on deposited funds that have been used for wagering activity.
- Sharing account access with any third party, including commercial account management or wagering services.
- Engaging in coordinated betting, match-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of live or virtual sporting events offered through jl20's sports betting section.
§ 11
Responsible Gaming
jl20 is committed to responsible gaming as both a regulatory obligation under PAGCOR and a fundamental platform value. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jl20 account holders at no cost through the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per gaming session. Once reached, jl20 will restrict further play until the next session period.
- Time limits and reality checks: Set mandatory session time limits or enable pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing your session duration and net result.
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). Cooling-off periods cannot be lifted early by any jl20 staff member.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jl20 platform. Once activated, self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period and cannot be shortened by any means. Upon reapplication after permanent exclusion expiry, a mandatory evaluation is required.
jl20 may, at its discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on an account where jl20 identifies behavioral indicators consistent with problem gambling, without requiring the account holder's request. This may include reducing deposit limits or initiating a cooling-off period pending a voluntary responsible gaming conversation with the account holder.

§ 12
Suspension and Termination
jl20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete or maintain satisfactory KYC verification.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR, a law enforcement agency, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months where the account holds a zero or negligible balance.
- At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, jl20 will preserve the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed and results in account closure, jl20 reserves the right to withhold any balance derived from prohibited activity. Balances that are not derived from prohibited activity and are not subject to any outstanding wagering requirement will be returned to the verified payment source within 14 business days of account closure, subject to applicable AML clearance.
§ 13
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- jl20 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl20 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- jl20's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in your jl20 account at the time the claim arises.
- jl20 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of the platform.
- jl20 shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, payment processor outages, regulatory directions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits jl20's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
§ 14
Intellectual Property
All content on the jl20 platform — including but not limited to the jl20 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is owned by or licensed to jl20 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl20 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl20 platform without prior written authorisation from jl20.
§ 15
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the jl20 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise the matter through jl20's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 17. jl20 is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR or escalate to the courts as appropriate.
§ 16
Amendments to These Terms
jl20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to account holders via email to the registered address and through a prominent notice on the jl20 platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the jl20 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting jl20 support prior to the effective date.
The version number and last-updated date at the top of this document indicate the current version of these Terms.
§ 17
Contact and Complaints Procedure
jl20 operates a formal complaints procedure for all account-related disputes, game outcome disputes, payment issues, and responsible gaming matters. To lodge a complaint:
- Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact jl20 Customer Support via the Live Chat function available on the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Provide your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or transaction references.
- Step 2 — Email: If your complaint is not resolved via Live Chat to your satisfaction, submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". jl20 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
- Step 3 — Responsible Gaming: For complaints specifically related to responsible gaming, self-exclusion enforcement, or deposit limit disputes, contact [email protected] directly. These matters receive expedited handling by jl20's Responsible Gaming team.
- Step 4 — PAGCOR Escalation: If a complaint remains unresolved after completing Steps 1 through 3, you may escalate the matter directly to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaints channel.

Complaints related to game outcomes or payment disputes that cannot be resolved within 10 business days are escalated to jl20's senior compliance team for final determination.
